Man Charged with Narcotics and Firearms-Related Offenses

On August 17, 2026 Detectives from the Polk County Sheriff's Office charged Robbie Allen Tucker, age 49, of Mill Spring with narcotics and firearms-related offenses as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal drug activity. During the operation, detectives seized over 700 grams of methamphetamine.
The investigation was a collaborative effort involving partnering law enforcement agencies. This cooperation provided valuable investigative resources and assistance in identifying and addressing this illegal narcotics activity within the community.
Sheriff Tim Wright stated, "The Polk County Sheriff's Office remains committed into investigating the distribution of illegal narcotics and holding those responsible, and accountable for the impact these drugs have on the community."
This investigation was a collaborative effort between multiple law enforcement agencies. Polk County Sheriff's Office would like to thank Homeland Security Investigations (Greenville), the Rutherford County Tri-City Task Force, and the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office for their assistance in this investigation.
