Nebo Woman Charged with Meth Possession After Traffic Stop

Detective David Jones with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office Community Impact Team has charged 35-year-old Samantha Lynn Molina of Nebo with felony possession of methamphetamine. Molina was given a secured bond of $5,000 following her arrest.

Following the initial investigation, a search of the vehicle was conducted. Deputies reported locating a suspected quantity of methamphetamine inside the car. The evidence was seized, and Molina was taken into custody without incident.

Authorities say the case remains under investigation, and the suspected narcotics will be sent for laboratory testing. The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office continues to encourage residents to report any drug-related activity to local law enforcement or through McDowell County Crime Stoppers.
