Rutherfordton–Spindale Christmas Parade Set for Dec. 6

The Rutherfordton–Spindale Christmas Parade is set for Saturday, December 6, bringing festive cheer to both towns as the holiday season gets underway. The parade will begin in Spindale at 4 p.m., traveling along Charlotte Road and Central High Hill.

Entries wishing to join for the Rutherfordton portion only may enter the lineup near the Wells Fargo Bank. From there, the parade will continue up Main Street, turn right onto Green Street, left onto Purple Martin Place, and then right onto Reece Street, where it will conclude at Second Baptist Church.

Participation is free, and all entries must be decorated. Registration forms are available on the Town of Spindale and Town of Rutherfordton websites.
