Multiple gang-related indictments have been filed following an extensive investigation by the Tri-City Violent Crimes Task Force into criminal activity involving the gang known as “448.” Investigators utilized a combination of physical and digital surveillance, along with other intelligence sources, to uncover evidence of ongoing gang operations in the Tri-City area.
As a result of the investigation, the following individuals have been charged:
Dezani Arnell Dillard (a.k.a. “Backend”)
Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury
Solicitation of Criminal Gang Activity
Akeerion Caliph Flack (a.k.a. “Buck”)
Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury
Solicitation of Criminal Gang Activity
Jeremiah Kahea Owens (a.k.a. “Kdot”)
Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury
Solicitation of Criminal Gang Activity
Nickavez Trevon Miller (a.k.a. “Nick” or “Vez”)
Solicitation of Criminal Gang Activity
Roberto Alvarez (a.k.a. “Rob G”) (currently in custody on previous charges)
Solicitation of Criminal Gang Activity
Additionally, charges previously filed against Jeremiah Kahea Owens and Jasiah Dawkins (a.k.a. “Jayvo”) on July 28, 2025, have now been enhanced with “Criminal Gang Activity” modifiers. These enhancements increase the severity of any potential sentencing if they are convicted in connection with that incident.
Authorities say the investigation remains ongoing.
